[Video]

[So Kida is recording his newest affair - a video post recording him barging in on Anri! It's been afternoon for a while now and he hasn't seen her so... it seems as good of time as any. Even though he's in this outfit. Initially he focuses the "camera" on his face, which probably only shows the bit of that hat.]

Alright! It's time for me to go check on Anri-chan! Everyone in Luceti has been getting in costumes, right, so she must be no exception, right?! Be prepared, for it is time for you all to meet an angel of ero-ero and loveliness~!

[And now he's knocking on her door...!]

Anri-chan!! Anri-chan, are you in there?!

[The camera then focuses on the door. Anri opens the door a smidgen - just enough to poke her head out the door. She pauses, looking at Kida in his costume, but keeps herself strategically hidden, body-wise.]

...Kida-kun.

Hello, Anri-chan... Can I come in? [He's just lingering here, a little shrug, therefore shifting the camera a little. There's a pause, and then...

Anri slams the door shut! Kida gasps in surprise and the "camera" sags a little, but then she opens it wide, to reveal herself to be looking awkward in this outfit (though it should be noted Anri's boobs are much bigger than Yuna's and she has glasses)

At seeing this sight Kida gasps again and whoops a little!] Ahhhh!! Anri-chan! Look, everyone, she's so gorgeous! [And he makes her the camera focuses... first on her face and then on her boobs and then back at her face. When it's back on her fact though, her face falls. She seems a little flustered, but doesn't make an argument for him to stop or anything.

Kida then makes his way into the apartment, turning to the "camera" stays at her at every angle until he's inside, and then focuses it back on his face by spinning it around. It should be noted now that he still has his white hoodie on]

Now, if you didn't catch that I, the Great Masaomi Kida, am no opening the floor for you, [And now he sets down the journal on a table and leaps up onto the couch! He points at it and-]

to talk to the gorgeous Anri-chan!! [After all, this way she'll get more people who want to protect her, right? He's smiling broadly and waving and arm. He takes a seat after this.

From off camera comes a surprised-] ...What?

Come on Anri-chan! Sit with me!! [And he waves, off-camera, at her to come on over here. She shuffles over at this, but doesn't come on camera properly because she doesn't sit. Kida smiles broader, picks up the journal, and focuses the camera on the two of them...]

[He stands, roping an arm around her, and then focuses the camera on the two of them]

It's our first show together, Anri-chan! Everyone step forward if you want to talk to this gorgeous beauty~!

[OOC: Yeah this is a joint post. Replies will be with Anri and Kida, together. Or one or the other, but the other will be right off-camera so might jack in anyway. Have fun with it. Oh and obviously in this post Kida is gold and Anri is red]

[Kida waves a hand dismissively at this] You're a prince, Frey, maybe you should teach me manners for the court.

I don't- [Sigh. He tried to be casual, but Kida just brough up a good point.]

Are things truly done so differently in your world..?

[ --okay the other world thing makes sense but-- ]

You're royalty, Frey? [ anri's mind is blown. fffffuuuu ]

[Just as planned. Kida shifts the camera to focus on Anri's face so they can chat]

[Oh dear. A nervous smile. Damn it, Kida.] Ah, yes.

[ the first question that springs to mind leaves her lips; ] Are you trained to handle swords?

[ but she quickly adds: ] It seems the Princes in fairytales are always using swords as their weapons of choice. [ her facial expression is unreadable -- though this is Anri. it's probably unreadable most of the time. ]

Um, no. I'm learning to use one, but as of now I use a three-piece staff.

[He's skilled in fighting against them, at least.]

Ehh. That's cool. [ she smiles at him through the camera -- the swords thing was her own interest but he (nor Kida) doesn't need to know that. ] So then you're a magic user?

Well, I'm a meele fighter and magic user, yes. Most everyone in my world can use magic of some sort with the right rune.

... [ she pauses, because it's... lame, really, but she answers, softly, ] They have these simulations called video games in my and Kida's world. They have some that simulate battles, and the mages use weapons called staves. [ she nods though, that makes sense in her mind. ~~frey is now a final fantasy hero in anri's mind~~

...A world were everyone uses magic, huh? Maybe there was some kind of dimensional screw up and she was put in the wrong world. ]

So Anri-chan likes those sorts of things, does she...? [This information about Frey is new, but it's not totally interesting. But this information about Anri is surprising and something he fully intends to use to his advantage for her birthday.

That said, the book is still focused on Anri's face, so Kida's reply is a bit of a mutter to himself. The book also drops a little, focusing on her boobs for a moment again. This time it's very not intentional though, and when he realizes his arm was sagging, he re-adjusts to put the book right in Anri's face]

Video... games...? Really? Is it a form of practice...?

Well, mages tend to use staves, but not everyone is a rune mage. [~~Black, white, or red mage?~~] It's a major help in battle to have different options, so plenty of people use magic.

[He's... just going to ignore that boob shot, his cheeks reddening a tiny bit. He'd prefer having a conversation then arguing to no end.]

I've heard it might be. In the military. It's mostly just something we do to pass the time.

So, are you a rune mage? [ ~~red. defintely red.~~ ] Does that give you a lot of options as well?

In the military...? That makes sense. It could be excellent practice for battle tactics. You play these things, too? [Like strategy games, perhaps.]

[~~Awesome. He loves the color red.~~] No, I'm a mid-range fighter. I use rune magic because it's useful, but I'm not a proper mage. My staff isn't so much a staff as a... well, think of a giant Nunchaku that can become a Bo staff. And it does indeed give me plenty of options, both healing and attack magic.

[Oh now this is a bit more than he expected. He's loathe to interrupt a conversation Anri is having but this is something he can't just ignore. He jerks the book back over to his face, and his eyes and expression a little more flat than usual]

So as a prince, you need to fight a lot, Frey?

[ for a moment, she's surprised-- shocked, even. kida's never been like that --

but then she looks over to him. a small sound of defeat and agreement. she gets it now. ]

[He's thrown a bit by the interruption, but answers anyway.] Well, yes. But it has nothing to do with me being a prince.

What sort of fighting have you done? [His tone is relaxing a little, but...

One on one fights, against groups of varying sizes, as well as fighting in a group. Fighting is... well, fairly common in my world.
