Hey-ho, my compatriots! Things seem to be heating up, right? That mission that Tyr-san was talking about, the plans for exploration that some of us - myself included - have in mind, and the promise that barrier's going to be down soon. It's sort of spooky, but it's also exciting.

That said, just as there's the future before us, there's also the past... a matter of legacy, you could say? [ And then there's the sound of him tapping his knuckles against the wall. It's echoing some, and he got in past some labs by asking politely, and found this here memoir wall ] I wish these things had videos, but you guys should come down into the tunnels and see this. There's a wall here of momentos - little things that people carved or drew here to pass on sentiments or information to the people of the future.

[ And he tilts his head, still holding his book in hand. He's trying to be coy. He's still not 100% sure if the Filial have access to the things he and his future people say, and how much is supposed to be a secret. He's been covertly asking question after question all over town, playing the part of a curious individual: What are they working on, what's their relationship with the people outside the barrier, who are their leaders, a little bit about their history, if they've heard of certain key individuals from the future (passing it off as asking about people from his own world if pressed), how they think and feel about this or that... it's been interesting. Still, this Wall does provide even more insight. but more importantly, what if they left messages here? What if they made warnings or little hints for people down the line to make the future a better place? That could improve things tremendously. And so he hits it home with: ]

Maybe we should pass on some thoughts ourselves, given we're so clearly hitting a turning point. I know I'm intending to leave something for the next batch of newcomers, in case we bungle something.

[ And with that in mind, he slides against the wall, speaking to the book again, letting it rest on his knees: ]

Speaking of, I know I'm going to explore and a lot of people are hoping to get called in for that mission, but anyone specifically planning to stay behind here? Romeaus-san himself say that some people need to hold down the fort, and looking at these labs, I think a lot of people are working on leaving their "legacy" in the form of advancements in our technology or systems. Anyone got any projects they're on now? Who knows, if you speak up maybe some other people will overhear us and join you...

Actually, more over, just what is everyone planning to do? Talk to me, I promise on the name of Masaomi Kida I'll give you a pep talk if you need that courage.

[ Even if he's just talking to talk, really. It's his own calming agent, because they're in some serious shit now, so making a few jokes, talking about nothing? Differing the topic? Sure, he trusts Shikamaru and a lot of other people here but... well, it's still tense. He hopes someone out there is working on little technical things he can't help much with. Still, exploring... not that the rustic life suits him, but still ]

[ Also if you want Action he'll be exploring around the tunnels/labs until he's asked to leave, and after that you can catch him at his house (if you know where he and his roomies are shacking up), around the town taking in the sights/talking to people/looking to see if anyone's doing specific things, or sparring with some of the locals, who are antsy about the potential coming conflict. Maybe sparring with others from the future if they want to. Despite always saying he's a normal, he never realized how weird it is to fight without some of the gimmicks he's picked up here ]

[So... his birthday was last month, Katara's was the other day, Neji's was a few days before that. Plus there was that (awesome) speed dating thing between all those. But! Now it is time for New Feather season, and, well... Now that things are more or less better with Katara and he is going to do something he hasn't done in while:

Go out and hit on girls. However... Frey has a girlfriend, so does Ven. Gold has whatever you quantify Crystal as, probably. So he intends to drag Cilan into it, but Cilan's a no-show. ...Man, he needs a wingman. At least he found a super cool shirt.

Oh well!! Most of the day day, around the plaza, Masaomi Kida will be finding new an inventive ways to flirt with women. No girl except ones he knows are taken is safe!! And in between that he'll be hanging out with his Pikachu, usually sitting on the edge of the fountain. Guys are also free to react to the fact he's been hitting on girls so brazenly While he's sitting there you might hear him humming something or muttering something like "maybe I should do another show..."

But then, later in the afternoon, more like evening, Masaomi will be clocking in some hours at the Convenience Store. Wherein he'll either interact with his coworkers, help out customers, or stock the shelves. Sure, it's a redundant shop, but it's officially one he works at, so he might as well work wit it. But once there, he dcides to make another voice entry:]

So I have a very charming man, seeking a girlfriend! Not me, of course, though I wouldn't want you to get the idea that I'm off the market. But for now, I'm doing a solid for my good friend Cilan-san! Maybe you've met him, but he's a little shy, despite how articulate and skilled with cooking he is. After all, he didn't hit the town with me or even go to the Speed Dating!

[Masaomi is wearing this... (also this bracelet) and he's upside down. Specifically, he is standing on the ceiling of the grocery store and has his journal propped up on one of the shelves to record him being on the ceiling. He's doing this to be swagilicious, and you are free to walk in on him or see the video, but he begins with a laugh and a nod]

Greetings, greeting Luceti! I know, I was thinking I'd roll with the mood of love we've had for a while now and set up some dates, but I didn't find any chocolates in the grocery. I took this as a sign that the time for steamy romance might not be just now, and I've decided to request of you something I don't usually do! [He spreads his arms wide and begins to pace... on the ceiling. He's really straining his chakra control here and anyone who knows the look for the signs will notice that despite trying to look flippant, he is concentrating quite a bit.] Namely, does anyone wish to try one of those fabled spars with me and my partner? I promise, it won't be something you regret! [And with a wink, and releases himself from the ceiling. He flips himself in the air as he falls and lands on his feet. He groans when he does because that impact was harder than he thought it would be, but he switches the journal off afterwards.

...Feel free to see him in there, of course. He'll be waiting for responses there after, sitting in a chair eating an apple with Linda the Pikachu doing the same next to him]

[Masaomi, back from his mission steps up out of the tunnels... tired. He's quite tired, as is Linda (who is resting her pokeball which is clipped onto his vest. He has on the ninja flak vest he borrow from Shikamaru forever ago and also looks a bit beat up. Some of his sleeves are torn as are his pants. He has some cuts, some bruises, and some burns, not all of them healed but some of them healing. He also has one of his collapseable batons in his hand. Aside from this, his muscle build up is more obvious but-

But something different about the image - despite all that and the rain and the injuries, he's laughing once he looks up at the sky. Stronger. Stronger. He already feels it. Well, no time like the present, despite his tired he's going out to accomplish a few things. First is actually to go pick up something to drink from the grocery and pick something up from the item shop (feel free to run into him at either of those) and head over to Mikado's apartment. It's an important day, after all, and he did not want to blow him off for it. Besides, if he heads there now, he might make it as the guy is coming back to school and he might run into him before then.

After that, well, he'll spend his day with Mikado until that night (though anyone can run into him before then). This'll last until about 8PM, when he's going to be going to hang out just inside the battle dome for a reason which might obvious to a lot of people. (and no, he still has not changed his clothes, even if he might have cleaned up the more obvious injuries). And after whatever comes of that, he's going to go back to his apartment to meet up with his roommate and anyone he didn't run into through the rest of the day before finally popping open the journal.]

[Voice]

Masaomi Kida has returned!! I hope you all didn't miss me too dearly!! [Okay so he's tried and running on caffeine by now, but he's still grinning ear to ear] Some rain out there today, and man is it wet- [he resists saying "ladies I hope you didn't get too wet if you saw me today" but it's hard. He laughs to himself at that joke despite not saying] You can tell the sky's telling us something though, riiight? We're approaching spring, a time of love and lust and all between! So sound off!! Whooooo's got a special someone? Who's got a crush? You can trust me, I'm a Love Machine.

[Laughing at this, once more]

So ladies... and gentlemen. Don't speak up all at once.

[And sometime about midday tomorrow, Masaomi is in the square It might be a bit dubious to recognize him even if you know him because his hair is dark brown now instead of the blonde people might have been used to (that was dyed okay) but he's back to being a peppy version of himself. Namely, right now, he's leaping up onto the fountain, climbing up onto it and then shouting for the plaza to hear-]

Heeellllooo~ Luceti~!! Boys and girls, particularly the ladies- aaah! Yes, particularly those, but guys too, who wants to go to the hot spring?! It's cool and it's stressful now and I'm sure some of you want to go, right? [He puts a hand on his ear as if expecting some cheers and shouts, even if none come he snaps his fingers and somewhat less loud, assuming he has some people's attention by now] Of course!

I promise not to peek, I'm just not that kind of guy! But we should make a party of it, right?! Right?! Ah... actually...

[He drops now, to the edge of the fountain and then skillfully leaping onto the ground itself, adopting a thoughtful pose. A very thoughtful one, stroking his chin] I do say ladies, and I mean that! Buuuu~t before I break any more hearts, I guess this is the time to mention that I, Masaomi Kida [And he puts a hand on his heart, and puts on a woeful expression] have a secret crush!! Try not to die of shock, I promise to still be sweet to you!!

[And then he bursts out laughing. Yes, he's forcing himself, but he's so back.]

Heeeeello viewers at home, this is me, Masaomi Kida! [And in comes the blonde boy himself, sitting in what appears to be a advice booth with hos journal angled against a rock so it can see him and the booth itself. Albeit, giving he set up on the edge of a street, a walkby from someone's cat or dog or some other furry animal actually gets in the way of the "camera" here for a while. But he presses on, not noticing this]

And this, as you've no doubt gathered by now, is the world-famous Kida Radio!! Welcome, welcome, and don't be afraid ladies and gentlemen. Because I- am here to help you. As you know, Kida Radio is here to inform guys about how to pick up girls and to make girls have some fanservice from yours truly!

[And finally, he furry thing moves, revealing Masaomi leaning over the booth and tugging on the edges of his shirt. Or well, his hoodie, exposing his collar bone]

Sure it's unseasonably cold, at at least it's not raining. As a result, he is outside in his hoodie (a PINK one, not a white one, I might add, thanks to Frey). He's on top of a crate he's set up a little outside the square, and making some dramatic motions by way of his opening.]

[As a precursor, after breaking his ankle very badly on the last day of fighting, Masaomi got himself healed up by Raine, and now has been spending much time at Gold's place. He's gone out on crutches a few times so far, but nothing much and rarely for very long, still thinking about the fighting and all. But-]

[This recording, which is clearly done with someone holding the book like a camera, begins with out favorite blonde in the bathroom. He is sitting on a chair with his hair freshly re-dyed. You can tell from the dye materials littered all over the bathroom. He is sitting dramatically for a time before slowly standing, as if remade. He then leans in on the camera]

Good morning, Luceti, and hello especially to all the lovely ladies tuning in! For those of you who don't know me. I-! [And here he plants a hand on his chest, leaning back with a smirk] Am the man of you dreams, the one and only Masaomi Kida! And I am coming to you live from my very own journal with your new show for the day- Kida Radio!!

[He shrugs and shakes his head dramatically, walking toward the camera. There's some shuffling as the the cameraman realizes that Kida is doing, and he takes a few steps backwards, awkwardly, to allow Kida to pass him and make his way to the door. He he dramatically walks (putting a stress on every step) he begins to talk again.]

Guys, I know many of you might have wondered... "how do I hit on girls?" Or perhaps "why can't I be as talented a Masaomi?" Riiight? [He throws his head over hos shoulder to make eye contact with the camera. In that same moment, another voice chimes in with:] I don't think anyone has ever wondered that.

[However, this protest goes ignored by Kida, who presses on with:] Today is your lucky day!! Today, on Kida Radio, we will be exploring the average day in the life of Masaomi Kida! From this, you too can learn all you need to know in life~! Look forward to it!!

[A pause, he opens the door but then seems to think of something else. He turns on his heel once the door is opened and leans in uncomfortably close to the camera (and therefore the cameraman, causing him to take a step back) and holds up a finger]

Oh, and a PSA before that... While some of you might be gay, that that's fine, Masaomi Kida is not nor ever will be attracted to dudes. My heart is filled to the brim with all the darling girls in the world. Okay?!

[And then he skips off. Oh yes, this is going to be a fun day.

OOC: Okay, so here's how this post works. All day, Kida is going to go about Luceti doing his usual thing. If you're a girl, he's going to hit on you. If you're a guy, he might bro it up with you. The general pattern of his day is lurking all over town until he gets hungry enough for lunch, at which point he'll go to Seventh Heaven, and then lurking again until dinner, where he'll pick something up at the grocery before returning back to his apartment.

However! This normal day has one difference. His friend dragons_peak is with him the whole day, following him around and recording these antics on "film" using the journal. It'll be broadcasting all day, so feel free to either run into them in person or reply to them with voice or video or something. If you do the later Mikado will probably be the one answering (unless you want to have your character chime in over the journal during Kida doing something in the day; just specify), but all action threads will be both of them. SO, that makes sense right?!

Really this is open ended just have fun with it. :| if I have threads with you feel free to tag anyway I promise to get back to them I'm just getting this up while I'm able]

[...Okay but that's boring. He doesn't want to wait around all day for the answers to that so now he's off around town for something neat. [Well this morning, Kida was eating healthy for once just eating an apple on the roof of his community building (four, that is) when he happened across a very odd creature. He had been actively looking for odd creatures most all of the previous day, so this was surprising for him. Unsure how to handle it, he offered the dinosaur-thing (which mercifully at just sorta looked at him curiously) his apple.

...It proceeded to eat it right up. Confident then that he had gotten the things trust, he opened his journal to try to make a voiced entry about it. Unfortunate, the thing made a curious noise before he started, and as such the journal records much of this conversation he has with the dinosaur]

Neh, you're... [...what was the name] a pokemon, right? Are you Sapphire-chan's?

The dinosaur here seems to make a sound of confirmation. Kida smirks a little and nods] Good, good. I can return you soon to your adorable master. Shall I invite her over so that she might fall into my arms?

[At that, the dinosaur makes a sound which... Kida doesn't understand the meaning of. He blinks and then shrugs, at least it didn't attack him] I'll take that as a yes.

[And then into the book-] Sapphireeeeeeee-chaaaaaaan~ I succeeded in my mission!!

[Well. Anri did it so Kida thought he should try it too: a public introduction. This recording starts with a bit of fiddling as he makes sure the thing is turned on, before-]

[A certain blonde boy is in the camera now, his arms spread wide and gesturing in movements that can only be called hammy. As he makes it to the next part of his speech he hugs his arms around his own chest, squirming as if hugging someone]

For I, Masaomi Kida, would like to have your company today! Now, now please don't rush all at once; my heart is big enough to fit all of you evenly inside of it!! Every one of you can have a piece of this, for my body and soul become to all of womenkind!

[He raises his voice here, reaching level of ridiculousness- and spreading his arms wide once more in a lelouch-esque "welcoming" motion] Madams, girls, please come forward!! One at a time now~ Please, please there's no need to rush! I promise I will be all yours. All of yours! All of the gorgeous women and cute girls and sexy older women here, I can do all of you the favor of my heart, so you can all let me hear you lovely voices, right?! Right?!

[And then the tempo dies down as he thinks about something else. Oh wait, this is a public forum, so he should leave a message to someone else-] And Anri-chan, worry not, because you cute and erotic self will always compel me too~ [He pauses and then, almost as an afterthought-]
