Specifically, he is standing on the ceiling of the grocery store and has his journal propped up on one of the shelves to record him being on the ceiling. He's doing this to be swagilicious, and you are free to walk in on him or see the video, but he begins with a laugh and a nod]

Greetings, greeting Luceti! I know, I was thinking I'd roll with the mood of love we've had for a while now and set up some dates, but I didn't find any chocolates in the grocery. I took this as a sign that the time for steamy romance might not be just now, and I've decided to request of you something I don't usually do! [He spreads his arms wide and begins to pace... on the ceiling. He's really straining his chakra control here and anyone who knows the look for the signs will notice that despite trying to look flippant, he is concentrating quite a bit.] Namely, does anyone wish to try one of those fabled spars with me and my partner? I promise, it won't be something you regret! [And with a wink, and releases himself from the ceiling. He flips himself in the air as he falls and lands on his feet. He groans when he does because that impact was harder than he thought it would be, but he switches the journal off afterwards.

Ah, that's true--in fact, I'm sure there could be a few ninjas that have them as their partners in other regions. [Like Koga and his daughter Janine, for example.] It's a bit of a shame that Ariados have a rare taste and are almost impossible to find in Unova, though. They're more commonly found in places like the Johto region, where as in Unova you'd be more likely to find a Galvantula instead.

[Korra turns around, and gives him a look. After getting over being confused, she laughs. This is a joke, right?]

[Oh, a pokedex! Except...] ...Hm. Your pokedex appears to be out of date, so it might not be able to show it until you have the chance to get it upgraded. [But what's the likelihood of that happening...]

A bit of an unfortunate taste, I suppose. Otherwise, it would likely tell you that Galvantula is a bug and electric type Pokemon, and the evolved form of Joltiks. Also, they are currently exclusively found in the Unova region, at least since I last heard about them.

Acha yeah, if I remember right, it's only Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn on this thing. [Itching the back of his head. Sheepishly.

[Neji takes a half-step back, solidifying his footing, his gaze moving between Linda and Masaomi. Then, one simple, brisk word.]

[He makes the first move, circling to put Masaomi between himself and Linda, then moving forward to strike with stiffened fingertips at Masaomi's shoulder.]

Can you apply it in combat yet?

[He gives Masaomi a look that is most definitely bright with curiosity. Having a skill is one thing, but making it useful in combat is another. Certainly walking on the ceiling would have it's uses in such situations, however.]

Ah, so it's missing information on Pokemon from Sinnoh and Unova. But I suppose that's not too uncommon, since those other regions seem to be a little more well-known in comparison. Where did you get it, if you don't mind my asking?

[Fast. That was fast. But Masaomi, he is surprised to find, can keep up with it - not only that, but he can react. He's not sure how entirely because that strike is not something he's used to, but he manages a quick side-step. He doesn't try to counterattack though, instead he lightly whistles a short pip.

And with the short pip sounded, Linda takes the signal to coat her tail in iron (light clicking sound as that happens) to spin over and attempt an Iron Tail at Neji's backside]

Y...yes. Not super effectively, yet, but I've also garnered up way more skills than you've ever seen from me besides them. [And he smiles, genuinely, as Linda comes out from behind the isle] Not just me too, her as well.
